Teresa had a huge impact on the entire Help Desk Team. She loved teaching, helping the team learn the details of how something worked. I never knew her to not have a handy smile. Teresa will never be forgotten, She taught me a lot. Teresa was a good friend to anyone who was lucky enough to call her friend. She was always there ready and willing to help. She always put everyone else first above herself.
